Who am I…

My name is Kendra, or KJ, and I am formerly a telecommunications specialist who worked as a liaison between Local Exchange Carriers and customers in order to process order requests in a timely manner. I am now transitioning into a career centered on UX design as a way to contribute to creating products and apps that are more useful, usable, and entertaining for everyone.
